Heave it up, get it into a tissue and get the tissue down the loo m8.

Other than that, lots of vit C and D, oranges and sunshine :D Drink lots (and i mean lots) of water. Like twice the recomended dosage.

I have the pleasure (not really) of inhaling many toxic chemicals at work including mdf wood, melamine, laquers and other dust, ontop of the poisonous air.

Its interesting to note every time I smoke cannabis the smoke seems to hit a sweet spot and I cough up a lot of mucus. The longer im not at work the better my lungs are, if im smoking. Im on a tolerance break now and I've got the mucus in my throat, still. Im only drinking real orange juice. I can't seem to find real apple juice anymore, just concentrate. :( Until I have a way of filtering out all the toxic chemicals out of the water im not drinking it. I realize chemicals were used to grow the oranges which some made it into the OJ, but a lot less than water would contain. I am saving for a good water filter system so when codex comes and I can't get any real water or real juice I will have a way to filter out all the toxic stuff.

My friend in med school gave me a pill which made me vomit up stuff in my throat, stomach except it did not work. I refused to try it again. I don't trust pharm pills. I am going to try that mix thanks avaruus ill see if it works for me. I am really thinking of cutting my tolerance break short for my own health lol maybe this is a way around that.

Thanks everyone for your replies, I forgot about codex, yeah it's a good idea to get a decent filter.

MMS (chlorine dioxide) cleared up my persistent synus problem within days of
first using it. Also chest infection/smokers cough...all gone..within a couple of
days too. It's top stuff.

just keep smoking, because it protects you from the alien crappy creeps.

stephen king had a short story about the people that smoke, and just dont worry about the mucus.. mucus is a protective thing. remember that.

mucus is there for a reason. dont diss the mucus man :)

love it :)

Ditch Dairy Products, at least for a week or two and see if you improve. Casein (the protein occurring in milk) increases and thickens mucus, leaving you congested. Casein is also used to make various glues, so it makes sense that is does something similar when consumed.
