Are you confusing it with;
Ubi jus, ibi remedium.
Where there is a right, there is a remedy.
1 T. R. 512; Co. Litt. 197, b; 3 Bouv. Inst. n. 2411; 4 Bouv. Inst. n. 3726.

thank you for that,it is appreciated and will come in useful, but i'm not confusing it, it is mentioned as the only way that you can actually (balance the books) pay on Winston Shrouts video's and I believe that Robert-Arthur of the Menard family has also mentioned it as well.
maybe there should be a thread on useful maxims in both latin with their english translations.

Hve a look at this Angel........UCC (UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE) (http://www.law.cornell.edu/ucc/ucc.table.html)
Almost every nation is bound by the above mentioned and has it engrained in their own codes...as an example in Canada...Much of the same codes are found in "The Bills of Exchange Act" and "Financial Administration Act".
Balancing the books in referance to Winston can be accomplished by either administrative process and/or set of of debt using Credit associated with their Birth Cert private account # Trust....in the States it's found in Red on the back of The SS# card.
Peace

thanks for that it is very interesting, and, i will study it later but it comes under Acts and commercial law not Common Law
Winston Shrout and I believe Robert-Arthur of the Menard family clearly states when the first demand arrives you write back thanking then for their letter and tell them at your disappointment that you didn't recieve a cheque, this is because of the legal maxim he who provides liability should also provide remedy.
Its just because I like to use the latin as it has to be passed to a legal department bypassing the unfortunate IDIOT DESKS (who troll out endless repetative computer generated messages), they are only doing their job and they might take the time find out why they cannot deal with it. If they can't do the job in the normal way they may realize the system is a scam. :cool:

Thanks for that I have gone back and corrected the record, for which I can only add a very sincere apology.
