Hi all,
I have been visiting this forum for a while now. I can't fault it really; many decent, genuine people imo. I have watched a few David Icke videos (Oxford Union and various on You Tube) and am impressed with his knowledge. I am now seeking a greater understanding of the reality of who we are, the one consiousness theme, etc. I can see he has written many books and produced many DVD's and I was hoping someone could recommend which book/DVD I should look at 1st, and maybe some recommendations on a few follow ups. This is the stage I'm at: I have a good understanding of the ptb and the lies we are told, it's more the knowledge of how we function and who we really are that I am lacking. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Just by the most recent book. I bought 4 of davids books in my teens and was pretty pissed that it seemed like the same information with different front covers and titles, often seeming like whole pages were lifted from one book to the other.
If you're looking for good books, I'd recommend:
Love is the only truth, everything else is an illusion - David Icke
Fingerprints of the gods - Graham Hancock
Chariots of the gods - Eric Von Danikan
Also google: Terrence Mckenna - Timewave zero
Majestic - Whitley Strieber
Dead Aid - Dambissa Moyo
The Academy - Plato

I've just finished reading Children of the Matrix, got it from the library.
His books are never on public display, have to ask the librarians for it from reserve stock.
While an interesting read again, the material is recycled constantly into other books.

It's a valid criticism that a lot of the info is rehashed. That being said, I think The Biggest Secret is essential.

i have read ,tales from the time loop, the biggest secret and im 3 quarters done, the guide to global to global conspiracy.
i have not been able to put them down at all when reading
i have children of the matrix and the truth shall set you free on order.
i first found mr icke a few years back (2003) when i was already in heavy research about 911,when i found mr alex jones in 2002.
i ordered mr ickes freedom or facism 3 disc (7 hour marathon of knowledge)
just shortly after hearing about him in 2003
i would highly recommend ordering this disc set,or google it and watch it .
take the time one day and enjoy what he has to say on this set
its 7 hours long so please make some popcorn or some sandwiches and sit and enjoy,if you interested, which it seems you are.
the 7 hours will fly by.
imo anything you can find from mr icke right now is WELL WORTH YOUR TIME!
no doubt about it.
like an earlier poster has stated aswell....erich von daniken is good
zeceria sitchin, carl sagans "garden of eden " is excellent aswell
jim marrs...michael tsarion...this list is endless right now...
but get ready you are jumping into a RABBIT HOLE..and once your in,there is no turning back.
nor would you want to after finding out what you will.
good luck and enjoy!

Thanks, I'll do that. I went out today to buy a book but didn't have much time so could only go local. The only one I could find was Truth Vibrations, it was written in 1991 I think. I did want to get a more up to date one but I'm sure it'll be good. Thanks again everyone for your replies.....very helpful.

i do plan on getting that one aswell
this is his first book i think after his "awakening" in peru ,on the mound
where he was held in a position(arms held out) for an hour or so with no control of his body.
either way im sure you will not be disappointed.
but please watch his disc "freedom or facism"
