Thanx Kent,The reason we need so much water is we are constantly putting toxins into our bodies!(cooked food)The water helps to assimilate and rid this. When you start to eat more living raw foods, you will notice you do not have the same desire for so much water. I'll send you my bill!!! (= Nick

It depends on the person. As I said earlier, too much water can cause
multiple health problems, including nutritional deficiences. Eight
glasses of water a day could be too much for some people, especially
smaller folks. I personally start getting neurological problems such
as numbing of the limbs and sleep disturbances from drinking too much
water - and I'm talking not about gallons but merely cups.
