The world around us is covered by many Religions and these said religions all claim to the right one, the one to salvation and those that don’t attend their faith don’t get the top prize. I have studied many of these religions and have attended many of their services; all were equally uplifting in their own special way, whether they are loud jumping rocky typed service or a quiet, reverent one. I am not claiming I have seen a God or any other heavenly being, I haven’t had visions and I don’t want to make money or have a cultish following. I am only writing down and putting something together that has come to my mind though my life’s experience and I believe will make mine and other lives better. This is for those of many faiths; it’s a journey to enlightening yourself and making you closer to your beliefs.

Heaven and Hell
Majority of Christianity believes there are a Heaven and a Hell and we all go to one or the other. Other Religions have their version of the same thing. Well the concept I am using is different but also doesn’t interfere with anyone else’s faith. I believe our minds can be in a state of Heaven or a state of Hell. Allow me to explain what I mean.
Experiments have shown that when you place a piece of DNA, the body’s genetic blueprint, in a tube of electrons, the electrons form themselves together in the pattern of the DNA. When you remove the DNA, the electrons still hold the same pattern. In other words, the DNA is constantly affecting the energy around us. Our state of being affects the world second by second. When you change your attitudes and state of being you change the whole because you are part of the whole, indeed you are the whole. Still feeling ordinary and powerless?

We have within us a series of micro-antenna called amino acids which interact with the DNA and, according to Braden, there are 64 potential human genetic codes or antenna to transmit and receive frequencies. In short, a potential 64 antenna to connect us with higher frequencies and higher dimensions of ourselves. But, he says; only 20 are activated while 44 remain ‘switched off’. This means that our ability to connect with our full power, wisdom and potential is massively undermined. No doubt the fact that we use only a fraction of our brain’s potential is a consequence of this also.

Research by the Institute of Heart Math and others in the United States has further shown that these ‘antenna’ on the DNA are activated or closed down by the wavelengths of emotion which constantly pass through the DNA. The Negative emotion is a long, slow wavelength and so can only trigger a few of our potential antennas. Positive emotion is a fast, short wavelength and so sparks into action far more of these antennas.

Thus when we are under the spell of negativity we delink ourselves from our true connection to infinity and live our lives within a small droplet of consciousness, the egg shell. When we express the positive emotion we reconnect with our multidimensional self and our potential becomes infinite because we become infinite. We reconnect with the ocean, with ourselves.

When we are conditioned and allow the ways of the world weigh us down and make us depressed we are delinked from our eternal souls, we then cut of a wealth of knowledge, joy, wisdom and inspiration.

Three Steps to full Nourishment

Here is something that will help your life if done at least once a week; it can be done with a group or as individuals. It consists of three parts and each part nourishes one part that helps the next part.

1. Is to nourish your body, have a nice sit down meal with music softly playing in the background, don’t rush, slowly feel the food, chew and savour each bit, make light conversation with each other if in a group, then after finished sit in a comfortable place and let your food digest for 15-20 minutes, make light conversation with the group and try not to stuff yourselves just enough to make you feel full and happy. Caution: Alcohol is not advised, pure water is a lot better as it purifies the body and cleanses it.

2. Is to nourish your mind, this could be done by someone in the group or by a guess speaker. The topic can be on anything, you’ll learn something new. But it should last only 20 minutes before taking a break for toilets, water and digesting what was said. Then a repeat of another 20 minutes followed by a break then a 10 minute question and answer session.

3. Is to nourish the soul, this could be done by someone in the group or a guess. It could be a local minister of Religion, or a yoga instructor or it could be going down the beach and paddling. Anything that nurtures your soul. Each session should last only 20 minutes followed by a break and then another 20 minute break. Then after all this is done you should conclude with summery and just chat and talk about the session.

For me walking along the sea shore listening to the soft roar of the waves and smelling the crisp salt air really reinforces my soul, going paddling and have the wave cool my feet as I looking for stones that my mind is attracted to.

Each group should have an elected guide, it is there job to organise the speakers and the sessions, they’ll be elected for a term of service determined by the group itself but 6 month should be suffice. A leader shouldn’t be biased to his beliefs or ideas and should elect two other members to act as his councillors to help guide and act as a stand in. A meeting can be held anywhere, a church hall, town hall and hotel or at people’s home. All members should be open minded this will allow the mind to transmit and receive.

We have to realise that our bodies are like radios, our moods like frequencies, our body language the transmitter and our mind is the receiver. If we are happy then it’s broadcasted out and people see it and your frequencies are received though their mind. A closed minded person is someone who transmits their view but has a cover on the receiver and fails to pick up anyone else’s views.

Daily steps to freedom

There are things we should do every day to help our body stay active, our minds full and our spirits young. One thing I advise is doing something every day that scares you whether it be watching a scary movie or going on a rollercoaster. This will pump the body full of adrenaline but also release endorphins this will help the body stay younger. You should also let your mind enquire and you should seek to fill this enquiry as if you leave it be it’ll become closed in your mind and then you’ll let your spirit down. If you walk down the road and you see someone struggling with something help them out, this will make your body, mind and spirit happy. Say hello to someone who looks unhappy in the street this may be the turning point in their life. Never go to sleep on an argument. We should meditate on what we have done that day, ask the questions we really wanted to know, find them out. You body and mind will appreciate it.

How is this a new paradigm? This refers only to DNA, while a paradigm covers the universal? That is, a paradigm will explain almost anything.-- like how the solar system came to be to the way waves on the ocean work. For example, mankind has been mostly focused on the empirical paradigm for 400 years and has thus explained everything based on phisical evidence alone.

Anyway, == i also note you said, "religions all claim to be the right one". Are you sure this is true?
