try no-win-no-fee ? but pretend being normal, otherwise nobody will help you
plus if you are freeman, then you don't believe in law, and the law then isn't applicable to you ? no ?

Hi Jake,
Sorry to hear about your position. Unfortunately I'm not qualified to give you any advice. The only thing I would say is...you could break your blog down into more manageable pieces. Dividing it up in to a few sections with meaningful titles would help. Its too much information to get through and there is no way of taking a natural break, or returning to where the reader left off. It could just be me.
Hope you find solution,

Jake I tend to vent most of my story on here. Best to engage a professional with just enough to obtain their interest. Otherwise they may see you as needing more than they can give or are prepared to offer. If you have a home insurance policy you may be eligiable for free legal from that. Some policys do give upto £50K of legal costs. So maybe that is an option for you. If not best thing is to do a search and try and find someone who does no win no fee via yell.com or the CAB.

Free men and women certainly do believe in the law... the common law of not causing harm, loss or injury to their fellow country folk. In fact they seem to be much more reverent to the law than most of those that work within the criminal justice system.
Penny-pinching, liberty restricting STATUTES? now that's another matter ;)

Next time when they come, go buy a nice lead acid battery :D.
Buy a pretty expensive one then open up the lead acid battery and into something so you can throw it into their eyes..and have fun but then you have no money.

A bit of a long shot, but ...
Rob Menard mentioned a lawyer, formerly of Southampton, who showed some interest in Rob's activities and appeared to have a 'soul'.
Might be worth a shot?

Any chance someone can pm a mod for me :)
Jake send it to my junk email EMAIL DELETED :)
One of the two guys is looking like they may be interested, but they are heavily involved in a case which is not set to conclude till feb if lucky :(
I really hate to be critical, but the info you give could do with being broken into clear sections, maybe even roughly timelined? When you read it you feel confused and I found myself scrolling up and down to make sense of the events and how they unraveled. I think it would really help your plea for assistance if you simplified it. I can not imagine the emotions you went through writing it all up, but obviously it must have been very hard on you, but maybe when you feel you are able to, it may be worth re visiting it?
The second guy I gave the link to could not understand(I could not either)why you can not open a basic bank account without overdraft facilities or a card? We both are obviously a bit daft!
Nothing can ever change what you have been through and I am not sure how much your current situation will change and how fast things could move for you. I can only empathise, but never comprehend how you feel, but I do know that no matter what you think and feel right now, that suicide is NOT an option.

jake are you in america?
i dont know, but here in switzerland, its mandatory for the state to offer you a lawyer, even if you cant pay him(you can pay in rates later on).
so,here, you can get a lawyer, see if hes worth anything,if not, you ask the state to send forward the next etc, untill youre happy.
i prefer to chose female liberals as lawyers for me btw:cool:

thanks man, but i'm in the uk.....used to be one of those so called 'free countries'.....lawyers virtually impossible to trust at best of times, but especially those EMPLOYED by the state, ESPECIALLY when you need them to use AGAINST the state.....
the fact that they 'work' for legal aid tends to imply they must be pretty crap in the first place....if they were any good they wd be making fifty times as much in private practice <sigh>
yeah, and those female liberal lawyers sound like fun in theory.....

lol, labelled fraudulently.
man, off course you cant trust noone but yourself, just tell your lawyer what you think is mandatory knowledge to defend you, not a word more.
lie to him on certain things, the trick is, if he believes you, he will do what you want him to do:)
as for legal aid lawyers beeing shit.
usually, its only economics lawyers who earn big money,bc they represent big corporations/business.
or sons of whoms daddys were rich lawyers.
these are the lawyers you dont want imo.
most get out of university and have to earn a reputation.
theyre motivated.
esp if its a female, wich has to prove herself even more(lets assume she doesnt do it with sex)
look 4 ugly, liberal, female, young.
its not a theory for me,its common practice.
united help, wow, what an encouraging, helpfull contribution from a fmotl lurker.
when do people sell their soul to that vague thing you call devil?
then again, its nothing new when fmotl lurkers speak in metaphors:rolleyes:
im suprised you didnt advice op to use the fmotl "trick"

I know people follow my posts (its because they have entertainment value)
Since I left TPUC and other posters with substance were banned it has gone downhill and now consists of people posting "yes I agree your so right" posts everywhere.

NB Jake Maverick is ALWAYS right and numpties like that are VERY, VERY WRONG!!! People, on occasion, have accused me of being arrogant. However, I have recently come to realise that I am actually the man that is always right about anything and everything ALL THE TIME- that is NOT called arrogance! It just happens to be another sad fact of life! I take no pleasure in it! ;-)

hi jake,
read ur blog - certainly lots in there !! I may be able to offer a little help, as my aunt is a very consioentious liberal free-thinking lawyer. She does a lot of work for people in positions such as yourself, and although I havent spoken to her for some time prev to this, it would be a pleasure to offer assistance if possible..she does something called pro bono work, which basically means working for free on those cases which have merit but cant afford a 'standard lawyer'
Shes asked for a few points to be cleared so she can get a better idea of the problem involved :
She asked when you were origiannlly arrested and attacked by the police ? She needs exact times to put a case together, so timings are of critical importance.
You stated you were arrested for your views, etc. Can you tell exacylt the circumstances surrounding your arrest ? Im imagining they forced there way into your property one day whilst you were causing no harm, this is important as it could give claim for another case against the police..
Also, can you state why no other lawyers have helped you ? This will help her to see where the others have been failing.
Speak to you soon mate
:)

You NEED to contact the CCHR - citizens commission on human rights - branch in your country. Google it you will find them, and tell them of your plight. They specialize and are very successful at dealing with unlawful activity in the mental health arena. Good luck. Inlakesh!
