Vote for Referendum on EU constitution!

Don't know if anyone has done this yet, but here's a link for anyone wanting to petition Downing street over the EU constitution and a national referendum.

We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to guarantee that the British people will be permitted a binding referendum on any and all attempts to resurrect the EU "constitution" (and any or all of its content) regardless of nomenclature.

Here, in the Republic of Ireland because of our Constitution
( despite all the efforts of the politicans to prevent it)
we HAVE to have a referendum?

However, because we are a small country, even if we vote No,
it will be ignored and the politicans will insist on a new referendum
until the 'right' result is obtained.

Wait and see.
