Chemtrails:evidence???

I have been skeptical about this subject>
but there, is a website,
with US patents,
on seeding Aluminium Oxide (Al2O3)
into the atmosphere,
To scatter the suns rays,
effectiveley turning the blue sky,
Milky white.
Reducing the effects of the sun by 2%,
In an effort to combat global warming.

I am still open minded on this.
