How does this work? Sorry if it's been covered in another thread, as far as I can gather it hasn't...?
If you appear in the private as a FMOTL and you have, for instance, an affidavit, name trademark or UCC-1 or something you'd like the judge to see, how do you get it to him?
I recall vaguely something about the way that handing or 'submitting' documents can bring you back into the public realm as debtor somehow...
Can anyone clarify this for me? Hopefully I am almost making sense here...:D
