Since I was 15 I have been introduced to energy work I had some issues with doing anything with this feeling but, ever since introduced to it I have never been able to shake it. I have tried kundalini meditation, going to classes, doing research online, even posting forums, but i've never really been able to put this feeling to use. My question is this; Could anyone suggest to me different things they have tried? I know I must have some type of gift but, I'm still unaware as to what it is. Due to vague answers and methods leading to no where. I would be much appreciated if I could maybe find some answers, I heard this was a good site for that so alas, I leave it to you guys. Thanks in advanced.

Hi dj,
Not trying to pull your words out of context but the highlighted mindset will not help.
If you truely have the gift, a gift, then you must believe in it. I am in the same boat as you, but never had the pleasure of being intorduced to this energy.
I hope you can get the help you need and being here is a step in the right direction :)

Live a clean and simple life, honest and humble. Do what needs doing to the best of your ability, and meditate on who is the doer. Everything will unfold as it should. No big deal. The perfectly ordinary is absolutely marvelous.
