This one is a must-see!
All Charlie Chaplin did for ages was waddle around waggling his cane and grinning stupidly. Well he's more than making up for it now! What a speech!

That was awesome!! I just looked up 'The Great Dictator' on Wikapedia. This film was released October 15 1940! And even then they were trying to suppress this sort of thing getting out.
Quote from wikapedia:
When interviewed about this film being on such a touchy subject, Charlie Chaplin had only this to say: "Half-way through making The Great Dictator I began receiving alarming messages from United Artists ... but I was determined to go ahead for Hitler must be laughed at."
there's a lot to the old actors/actresses, they're not what our parents thought. texe marrs wrote that harpo marx, groucho marx's sidekick, was based on the greek god "Harpocrates", who was the god of silence. the occult was/is in everything it seems.

I'm not surprised UIA had a problem with it. That speech is far more than just a pardody of Nazism; there's no doubt Chaplin was saying much more than that. He should be congratulated for doing it! I don't think I've never seen it before, but I'll ever forget it. I'll have to get hold of the whole movie.
In the meatime, I've found the extended clip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QcvjoWOwnn4&mode=related&search=

His parents, both entertainers in the Music Hall tradition.
he died Christmas Day 1977.
He was knighted at the age of 85 as a Knight Commander of the British Empire (KBE) by Queen Elizabeth II.

Not only was he GIVEN a KBE the age he was given it completely tells you what's going on.
KNIGHT says enough though.

makes me look at paul mccartney differently. i've heard some say the beatles were a creation of tavistock.

And that would be correct.
John was killed just like Kennedy was, by a lone madman LMAO!
HMMM i can remember the Beatles getting Knighted too. The Stones as well.
Paul has been quoted as saying 'i can't write music and never could' or something along those lines.
Do some looking into The word Beatle. Or pronounce it 'Bee atle' if you like.
Anyway this is getting off topic and i don't feel like getting a slap.:(

Does it really? It seems a bit odd to assume that everyone with a title is in bed with... well you know. From my observations it seems that alot of famous people get these Order of the British Empire things.
It could just be a publicity move, a way of the goverment saying "this person came from here, hes ours". Seriously, would you turn down being knighted? Well I'm sure you would, but others aren't that aware of what's going on. It could be a way of taking public icons and putting them in their pocket. If their favourite actor is a knight it might make the general public more sympathetic to those who performed the knighting.
Or of course we could assume they're all in on it. I don't have the evidence to suggest either, but my gut feeling tells me that alot of people who've recieved this Order of the British Empire aren't bad people.
David wrote a newsletter about this situation awhile back, talked about Mick Jagger and how Keith Richards was against him accepting the OBE thing. I don't think Mick is "the enemy" (if there's such a thing), I think he just decided he wanted to take his money, lounge back and not bother anymore. "These lads want to knight me? Why not?". You have to admit, if you didn't know about any of this conspiracy being knighted sounds pretty cool, and hell, if you had all that money would you even bother fighting it?
I'm trying to think of who else has one... Jimmy Page, I'm sure you'll say Page was into the occult, but hey, why not? From what I've seen it was only hedonistic type shit, and that's okay in my book. Havn't really looked into it though, feel free to correct me.
I'm aware that alot of these people have different ranks in the Order of the British Empire, is there alot of difference? Is it Chaplin's rather high rank of KBE that arouses so much suspicion?
According to some research it appears he was actually denied knighthood before for political reasons...
Now, I don't want it to look like I'm denying there could be any conspiracy in all of this, anything is possible. I just notice a tendency to try and connect every single person and event (not you personally, just the conspiracy scene in general).
I know this isn't evidence, nor is it something to go off of, but I get a certain feeling about some people... well this isn't the place to talk about that. Sorry for going off topic.
I don't know, but I don't think we should start rounding up all these people into one group just because they have a title. We've seen that kind of behavior before in history, and it's never been too pretty.
Also I'm curious about your comments on John's death. Do you have any information on this subject?

DrG.
yup we are getting off topic.
I try not to spoon feed info to anyone with all the links/books etc. Now i know that is gong to be taken as offensive but it's how i was woken up and it taught me how to use a spade.
I'll find some John stuff as a starter and get in here one way or another (thread pm whatever).
Regards to the Knights and all that. I think most of them don't know what they get it for.
But the Beatles promoted the Drug culture and then they get made Sir Paul etc??.
I mean didn't Jamie Oliver get an OBE or something lol...
But then again they do own all seed patents and he is pushing for better veggies etc in school food, he would actually think he is doing the right thing, and under normal circumstances he would be. You think he would have a clue about Monsanto and all that jazz. Of course not so you saying not everyone is part of the agenda stands on good ground. Yet also being part of the agenda and having no bloody idea about it stands on the same ground.
I have all his books, he's a great cook.
And no i don't think he's part of it all. It was an example, (before someone jumps in here and starts placing labels).
Anyway this is about Chaplin.
I dont want to get HG's thread shut for getting off topic

It was very nice to see Charlie Chaplin saying the stuff that would later get him thrown out of the USA for being a communist.
Boy, how the world turns! Now communists are running this country!

Was Chaplin really McCarthied? It wouldn't surprise me. "The Great Dictator" was made in 1940, but if he'd made it 10 years later it'd never have seen the light of day!
I know what you mean about communists runing the country. The truth is, communism only became the ofrce it has been because Wall Street bankrolled the Bolsheviks, just like they did with Hitler a few years later.
