So, yeah. Basically the idea is that every allergy has a thought process that started it off. So, what we do here, is you tell me your allergy, and I'll push you down a road of thought. While you're on this road, think about any of your fears or torments that are related to it, and try to overcome them.
I managed to get rid of my hay fever this way (at least, I think it was because of this, and I'm kinda doin this as a proof...)

Shrimp...
I have no thoughts connected to the subject of shrimp, but if they are not cooked thoroughly, eating them makes my gums and esophagus hurt, itch and swell up

There is a form of allergy that I have and is quite real, known as Oral Allergy Syndrom, also refered to as True allergy.
My body produces anti-bodies (right in the mouth) against some forms of pollen that are found in nuts, rasperries, even sprouts.
As a kid, as these pollen would fly through the air, it would even cause me an allergic asthma!
So when I eat raw veggies/fruits containing traces of these pollen, It comes in as a horrible feeling of itching in my mouth, together with a feeling of nausia, it's hard to describe.
I have to then spit out all the anti-body laden saliva, or renew it otherwise, by drinking water.
Sorry, no imagination/quantum physics at work here. My physical body is programmed to raise it's defense system at a certain type of pollen.

This is just a shot in the dark, but are you afraid (or thoughtful about the idea) that your defenses will be too weak for the attack of larger (and possibly more powerful) organisms and/or beings? This could be applied on one of many levels, but I guess it depends on your view of the world. Like, if you find yourself rooted in physical reality, it would be the fear of a larger animal (like an elephant) attacking you. But since its Shrimp (and with water being symbolic of emotions and energy) I'm gonna assume its happening on an energetic level. What I'd suggest is that you think about the defenses you may have set up around yourself, and really see that they are strong enough. Know that they are.
Now. I should have put this in the OP, but forgot to... I AM NOT A LICENSED PRACTITIONER, AND DON'T HAVE A MEDICAL BACKGROUND. THIS IS MY IDEA OF A THEORY THAT WORKED FOR ME. IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO ANYTHING THAT, WHEN INGESTED, WOULD CAUSE A POTENTIALLY LIFE THREATENING SITUATION, USE YOUR HEAD AND DON'T TAKE IT. I HATE TO HAVE TO POST THIS, BUT I AM NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ADVERSE REACTIONS.

Alrighty then... I've found that pollen in general seems to symbolize the reproductive cycle. I guess depending on who you are it could symbolize the reproductive cycle as seen in the 1960's, as random as it is with pollen and was then... :p (Sorry, bad joke I guess...) So going on that, I'd say you might be afraid of winding up bound to a loveless relationship. Does that ring any bells? (again, this is just a shot in the dark... It would probably help if I actually knew you personally, but hey...) If it does though, work on your feelings of that and remind yourself that it will never happen. That any relationship (I'm talking about the romantic kind, just for clarification) you find yourself in will be a loving and supporting one.
Again, another thing I should have put in the OP but forgot... :o If there is anything you might find a little too personal to share on the board, feel free to send me a PM.

Cool! But did you get rid of the actual allergy? Or just the symptoms? And how? Like, so you drink a certain amount a day?

Good catch (pardon the pun)
Physically i'm a somewhat puny person with a voice that more than matches my physique, so yes, i've had my napoleonic moments. It's mostly social though.

apple cider vineagar is a miracle food, very good, the ol timers used to always have a bottle if it along with the rest of the condiments on the table.
eating local made honey will usually give you the relief you need from the area you live ins' associated allergies.

Suffered from hayfever for about 10 years.
Got rid of it once and for all by using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) used the EFT process to get rid of negative emotional/energy patterns of being persecuted. Not had any form of hayfever symptoms for 2 years.

Yeah, allergies to pollen (hayfever) are pretty common nowadays... Pollen seems to be related to sexuality though. Nowadays we have a very skewed perception of sexuality, where any portrayal of the female form is immediately viewed as pornography. While this isn't true, Pornography is basically evil. Its a gross way to get us to view sexuality: as something barbaric. Think about what sexuality really is. And what it really means to you.

I have commenced battle against my pollen allergy,(which really comes down to a food allergy!) which is not hayfever, using apple cider vinegar, organic.
I believe it is also a good way of training oneself for urine therapy because that's exactly what ACV tastes like after a second.:cool:
And it's only possible with sheets stuck into my nose, being unable to taste.
Pollen seems to be related to sexuality though.
:D
Don't try making sense of me anymore, you would stumble upon a real mess.

I used ACV to get rid of my Acid Reflux. The 'mother' kicked it into touch.
Very good stuff the proper ACV.

I used to suffer with Tonsillitis alot when I was younger. It took me years to work out what may be causing it......milk.
I loved the stuff, drunk pints and pints of it, then i stopped and so did the Tonsillitis :D
The other was heartburn, I suffer with this even today due to a reflux problem. I found that by stopping drinking tea it went from severe to manageable and apparently that could be down to the tannin within the tea itself!

Hayfever (although less since applying eft but not completely gone), housedust and animals especially cats, horses and small pets like rabbits etc.
I can relate to the pollen sexuality suggestion you gave someone else. Ik wouldn't have thought of it myself but yeah, it might be interesting to look into it. I''ll try some eft in that direction.

The sun and garlic, huh? Hmmm... Are you b any chance a vampire? :p :D (sorry, couldn't help it)
For the sun, don't be afraid of how the powers you may have (psychic, clairvoyant, whatever) could be used for bad intents. They are like a hammer. Not good or bad in and of themselves, but can be used for both (like building a home for yourself and your family, or taking an innocent life). Just trust yourself, and your divinity will not allow them to used for bad. And by bad I don't mean an obscure manifestation of love (like warning a friend that he's been as asshole lately instead allowing the person he pisses off to beat the crap out of him). I mean really bad. Like taking a life. For that matter, don't be afraid of your divinity in and of itself.
And as for garlic, don't be afraid of good health. Bad health can be used and seen as an excuse for not making a positive change in the world, which comes back to the fear of the divine within. Just remember to Love unconditionally, and you can't go wrong.
Another disclaimer: please, no one take anything I say personally. If it seems like I am saying something or talking about a thought process that I intuitively feel you are going through, I don't mean any offense. Most of the time (actually nearly all of it) these thought processes are subliminal, and the product of the programming that we find ourselves subjected to in this society. I Love you, Ok?

Glad you like the idea about pollen.
As for housedust, don't be be afraid that things will get dirty. You can clean and clean all you want, but eventually things will get dirty again. Don't be afraid of that fact, but embrace it. Its a reminder of the transient nature of this plane.
The animals... Horse first. Don't be afraid when others show loyalty or liking toward you. They Love you, and recognise that who you are is what they strive to be along their path in life. Either that, or they recognise (subconsciously) that your vibration is one that can help them. Try to help them, but not to the point where it puts you in danger (physically or mentally). And I mean real danger, like an untimely death, or a mental breakdown.
The small animals... Are you afraid that stubbornness will get you crushed by larger forces? And also, try not to use your agility in life too much (like bringing an argument to an early close by stating 'I'm right, and you're wrong), but save it for when those who mean you harm are closing in on you.
Ring any bells?

The hayfever (and especially the circumstances in which it comes out more prominently) really points to what I was saying before about the relation to the obscurement of sexuality. The 'cloudy days' means that you are afraid of your romantic relationships being out of sight of the divine, and the 'exhaust fumes' points toward the idea that you recognise what a poison a loveless relationship really is.

Cool sites! I heard about EFT a while ago, but never really got around to trying it myself... And the first one looks like its got a lot of pretty good info. It also makes sense that we would find a lot of remedies for things like heart burn and acid reflux in nature, you know? I mean, everything in nature has an opposite, so the cure for stuff like that must be out there somewhere (in addition to 'in here', of course :) ).

Hi
I am sensitive to just about everything that tastes nice I think!
Dairy (asthma, throat infections, sinus infections, headaches, arthritis and colitis)
Wheat/Gluten (swelling, chronic fatigue, anxiety, stabbing pains, constipation, nausea)
Alcohol (kidney pain, nausea, weakened immune system)
Eggs & Chicken (asthma/chest pain)
Chocolate (nasty pimples)
Caffeine (nausea)
Soya (rhinitis, headaches, asthma)
Also dust, molds, animal fur.
Maybe I should just live in a bubble? :o
