Maybe you could get a donation button setup somewhere, then use the cash to get some T-shirts made up, to give away on the street. That way people that can't get to the gig can have some input. Perhaps you could even write the sponsors name on the shirts they buy in indelible ink. :)

Hi Jake :) I was there for the meet (I am the ginger one!) and the only 'pigyobs' were a pair of hired thugs working on the door of a Casino....seriously they wanted to check our ID from the love police!

Apart from that, the response was overwhelming....I've never seen happiness and smiles spread so fast, amongst the everyday people...it was like they were waiting for an opportunity to show a bit of love (I'm a softy but even I was surprised by the response!)

I agree that violence is too big a part of some peoples lives....but we can't fight fire with fire and the risks are terribly pumped up by the media to keep us separate and afraid.

I do hear your concerns though and thank you for your concern :)

That's a real shocking story! I dare say my perspective would change given your experience. It's even sadder that they are still torturing you ...but remember it is our humanity that sets us apart from the yobs and yes I agree there are some thoroughly rotten folks out there. I was brought up on a really seedy council estate in Scunthorpe so it's probably luck that I haven't had so many scrapes.

There really is some kind, loving people out there too and you sound like you are one of them, try not to isolate yourself too much from them.... I'm not sure how many forum members there are in this neck of the woods but I'm dying to get some of us like minded folks together to talk some sanity :)

If it is a trade then I can be very co-operative.

Because I saw through their words they decided I could not comprehend them.

Why I chose to request the removal of the Everything is OK and Love police videos – Shorter Version. (see next post for longer version)

The reasons I requested this are numerous. Its difficult to know where to begin. I wont be revealing all the reasons. In fact , the primary reason was for the sake of my wife and children. This aspect is mainly private.
