Interesting movie. Informative, without being too difficult to understand. In fact it was shocking in its simplicity, considering the nature of the message. Made the politicians he was interviewing look more foolish than Borat. I sent a link to my Canadian friend on Facebook.

Hey Rob, Thanks for the link. That video was great. Although I knew about much of what was presented, there was also a lot of great information I didn't know. And like breezin said in his post, the way the information is presented is extremely simple and easy to understand for anyone. After watching this video, I will deffinitely have an easier time trying to explain the problems we face with our financial system/government to others.

How I wish this existed in a UK version...

Then again, as has already been stated, the format is so simple, the info so well presented, that anyone with half a brain could work out that the same thing is happening here (and in most places around the world).

I salute the film-maker. This is probably one of the most important films I've seen in a while.

Here's a prediction:
IF this is seen by....10% of the UK population, all hell will break loose.
(the sooner the better)
No; I don't want anarchy and bloodshed on the streets, but I do want to see a fundamental change in the way banking is practised.

I was listening to the radio in the car on the way home today, and Mervyn King, (governor of the BofE) was reported to be a bit 'miffed' because he'd been out-voted over how much 'money' to pump back into the system through what he calls 'quantitative easing'...he wanted to put £75billion back into the economy....they all settled for £50billion.

£50billion that will be loaned to the banks (first) to release (loan) to the economy (which won't happen because they'll use it to create a cushion of 'capital' on which to ride out this storm).

The sooner this madness ends, the better.

I have bookmarked it, and will watch it on the weekend. I couldn't resist looking at the first few minutes.... not everyone in Canada is that stupid, but the majority are. Stupid or dumbed down, it's the same end.

Thanks again. When singing along with the National Anthem, I always make sure to sing "Our Home ON Native Land" as opposed to singing ".... AND Native Land". It's important. :D
