Just been to the dentist. Seems its really hard to avoid these. Fair enough you can avoid the mercury but they seem to put flouride in everything! They love it and think its great (obviously).

I was thinking which one would you avoid if yopu had to chose one for say a filling?

i'd probably go with the fluoride, as it's less toxic, i think... mercury in fillings really fucks with people. can cause depression and all sorts of shit. fluoride's bad too but that's my 2 cents... they've linked fluoride and aluminium to alzheimer's so watch out for that (unless you forget he-he-he). when they combine they are more toxic than on their own...

from memory, fluoride ranks between lead and mercury in toxicity. mercury is the more toxic, lead the least (from memory). maybe someone else can confirm that
