I recently seen John Harris in glasgow (hey to all that went) and after talking with him I'm now in two minds as to wether I should serve the queen with my noucor rather than an affidavit followed by a second one 40 days later.
Basically the affidavit states I take back my authority given to the queen until a proper government is installed but will live peacefully on the land. Since she is the highest authority on the land, above other authorities other than myself, then i don't have to bow to anyone or follow any of their laws.
Seems pretty solid theory but the noucor can allow me to be specific in my understanding and my claims and also allows me to completely dissasociate myself with the monarch and parliment.
Which have other people decided to go with? and why?
