“Working Poor” report: Nearly 30 percent of US families subsist on poverty wages. (http://dprogram.net/2009/08/10/%E2%80%9Cworking-poor%E2%80%9D-report-nearly-30-percent-of-us-families-subsist-on-poverty-wages/)

A report released in October 2008 by the Working Poor Families Project reveals that more than 28 percent of American families with one or both parents employed are living in poverty.

The report, “Still Working Hard, Still Falling Short,” is based on data for the period from 2004 through 2006 gathered from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the US Census Bureau’s American Community Survey and the Census Bureau’s Current Population Survey.

The report finds that 9.6 million households can be described as low-income or “working poor”—defined as families that earn less than 200 percent of the official poverty level. There were 350,000 more such families in 2006 than in 2002. More than 21 million children now live in low-income working families—an increase of 800,000 in four years.

In 2006 there were more than 29 million jobs in the US that paid below the official poverty level—defined as $9.91 an hour for full-time labor—an increase of nearly 5 million poverty-wage jobs from 2002.

It's true and they will keep pushing until everyone is in the poor house. There will be no middle class anymore. Then there will be a civil war. Great way to bring back enforced slave labour.NOT!!!

There are now 30 million people in the US getting food stamps, and over the next 5 years it has been predicted that nearly 50% of all US mortgages will be under water. That's great news. Good thing we have turned the corner on this recession.

Oh Motleyhoo, didn't you read? Radford doesn't think anything is really going to happen because according to him,it hasn't yet.
This should be more proof that somethng is very wrong with the way thngs are going. They should have rebuilt the economy first, then they should have done this thing with the healthcare. But they are forcing this down all our throats at once. No wonder people are fed up and angry. But no, according to him there is nothing seriously evil or covert really going on. There are executive orders in place for these things to happen.

Makes me sick, America's just built on blood money anyways. Make profit through other people's misery
