I don't know where the hell you got this info. But the only trick you heard, is you put your thoughts in a right trick.
Generally speaking you do not reincarnate back on earth, but your soul can reincarnates in a physical manifestations if the path isdeemed so, for the souls purpose at this time.

When you die you will go into the astral, to the focus level determined by your level of spiritual advancement.
I would recommend focusing on going to the PARK, which is located on focus level 27 of the astral.
