A new study out has found that a combination of a quality vitamin D-3 supplement combined with Turmeric (curcurmin) not only prevents the plaque formations, but also will dissolve the ones already formed. This is exciting news. This should be combined with daily 2,000-3,000 mg of a good EPA/GLA/DHA Omega-3 supplement.

Another curious finding is that people who have a lot of plaque build-up on their teeth are more susceptible to Alzheimer's plaque in their brain. This does sort of make sense, and it understates the importance of good oral hygiene.

I've read that it comes from the amalgam fillings in your teeth and there is basically nothing you can do about it.

yes let me explain

that plaque is a mix of bacteria that survives of the metabolism of sugar.

so you see when somebody eats sugar the plaque grows everywhere the sugar is, in the mouth, after digestion in the blood stream, everywhere.

the idea that plaque does anything is another load of crap sold to us to distract us from the obvious fact that Alzheimer is clearly caused by heavy metal contaminations
