Read the following article from the Independent.
British soldier who refused to go to Afghanistan as the war is unlawful.
The case is going to court at the moment.

It takes courage to say no.
This caught my attention:
RAF officer Flight Lieutenant Malcolm Kendall-Smith was sentenced to eight months in prison in 2007 and fined £20,000 for refusing to serve in Iraq.
Now who should be in prison? Conscientious objectors or the politicians who lied to the United Nations to start a war of aggression in Iraq?
Tony Blair = War Criminal.

The Iraq 'war' was completely proven to be based upon LIES by then Prime Minister TONY BLAIR and his corrupt gaggle of 'politicians (gangsters). All of those guilty of the violent invasion and occupation of a country, and the subsequent MASS MURDER of thousands of people, have got away with their heinous CRIME absolutely scot-free. The PTB have seen to it...
And it is exactly the same story in Afghanistan.
I hope this military man wins his case - why not call people like TONY BLAIR, JACK STRAW etc to the court?
Whether he wins the case or not, i would say that his military career is over as he will be branded as a coward and a traitor for not going to fight THEIR 'war' to protect their poppy-growing fields and huge drug-running activities...
TONY BLAIR & Co. SHOULD BE TRIED AS WAR CRIMINALS!

he is in my prayers and boosts :D
having said that....the way the army are treating their soldiers in this case and the other one, they are shooting themselves in the foot. Why would any sane lad risk his life and limbs for set of bastards who fight you in court to take away your compensation settlement, after you have been maimed fighting for their illegal wars?
no fodder, no wars.... can only be a good thing imo
