The microwave weapons attacks and organized stalking have been designed by government funded psychiatrists using their expertise to make the targets appear deranged and submerge these few thousand people within the millions of naturally occurring cases of mental illness with great success. However the current illegal program is being applied in many nations as a counterinsurgency war and that may have dire consequences for our current system of democratic government.
