Nar thats his lower gum line ...he's just got discoloured teeth, tartar buildup and gum dis-ease...optical illusion untill its all revealed on the slow down.

Yeah he has a messed up bottom set of teeth, had me going for a minute there but at 1:23 you can clearly see what looks like top teeth turn into his bottom teeth as he lowers them, might be of heavy scaring in there too, would hope so the dude eats glass ffs..lol.

Those are not a set of teeth - it's the bottom half of his mouth, the lower gums, the plaque or decay or whatever it is sits against his lower teeth in a way to make them look like they were the end of sharper teeth...

This clip had me freaked out for a second but yeah... I figured it out.

The reason it looks like a set of teeth upper and lower is because his gums are almost white.

You are correct. Pause right at 1:23 and go "frame-by-frame" by un-pausing and pausing repeatedly and you can see this for yourself. It took me awhile to "get" what you were saying though. My mind automatically interpreted the image as both his upper and lower teeth; it took a while to get myself to "see" that it's only his bottom row.

Anyway I thought these reptilians were supposed to be intelligent, eating broken bottles wouldn't rank too high on the "smart" scale lol. I would hate to be doctor that gives that guy a proctology exam :eek:
