also see here: Pirate Bay faces new legal threat (http://www.slyck.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=48189)

the site was bought by Global Gaming Factory (GGF) for 60m kronor (£4.7m) who intend to turn the site into a legal, pay service.

The new owners have outlined a "give and take" model which pays users for sharing their resources.

So they are already reporting "money transferred" as it is a done deal. Not so far, no money has been transferred yet. Also Cartel, the new owners said that it would be a legitimate service. We can still see that you are supporting your stance about you all don't care about rights and laws and jurisdictions. Global Gaming Company did not buy the site yet as for money has not been transferred. Get your facts straight. Second, don't try to shut down "legitimate business that want to work with you" as for GGF is trying to work with you and be legit at the same time. Cartels shouldn't you first see what their plan is after they purchase the site or before, before you decide to sue?
