Day one:
It was about 12:30 am and a nice clear night, so we (myself and my friend) decided to check out the stars. We saw a few shooting stars and a couple of satellites and were basically pointing out constalations.

I spotted what I thought was a satellite and pointed it out to my friend, it then lit up and I mean bright, almost blinding bright and went bigger and brighter, it then faded until it was when we first spotted it, then it faded completely.
If you hold up a golfball at arms length this would give you some idea of the size it went to before fading again. Any thoughts or explanations on this?

Day two:
The next night I went out again, another clear night only this time I saw an aircraft flying low. It was very low and had no sound, like it was gliding. I imediately thought no noise.
It's wings were tilting up and down like an aircraft coming in to land thats trying to balance itself. It had no lights apart from two dim red lights on the front.

It looked like this, I've applied the lights to the front to give you an idea.

So this is what I saw, I have no photo evidence but I just thought I'd share it on here. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

You know i saw a similar 'sattelite' type object that glowed brighter and then faded and disappeared just the other night...

...my Wife and I AND our friend also saw a bright Orange Orb floating in the sky a couple of weeks ago... it was in Lancashire near Pendle Hill, which was performing a sort of zig-zag shape, consequently disappearing out of sight.

I came across this site: http://www.space.com/businesstechnology/flying_triangle_040902.html

It pretty much describes what I saw. It also mentions bright white light that we seen on day one.

This picture is very similar, although it was more triangular. It's the red lights at the front that hit me.

Nice sighting on day one:), I've had many of these type of events exactly like what you saw. I feel you are getting a simple yet effective 'hello' from our friends.................:)
