I'll give History Channel credit. Lately they have been doing some really good documentaries and getting perspectives from both sides. I like that, it makes people really think. That way people who are stuck in a false reality might wake up on their own.

I haven't seen this yet so I'm not criticising it specifically, but I've always seen the History Channel as a completely insidious controller of official history, whether it's Hitler of UFOs. They give the superficial impression of impartiality and make it look like they're presenting a balanced view, but the end result is always a slick, manipulative summary that blatantly tweaks viewers away from reaching certain conclusions (or even staying open-minded about them on a more subtle level), and that speaks volumes to me about the real purpose of the channel and the 'controversial' topics it serves up to it's audience.
