I have a feeling that this is exactly the motive behind this act of 'Environmental Terrorism', just read the viewers comments at the bottom of the story..
If you look at this from an unemotional point of view you'll see that this is most probably some form of P/R/S. So we have the problem and the reaction, whats the solution? UN intervention? Possibly troops, I'm not sure but you can bet there'll be something..
