I've tried meditation and I know this video is telling the truth because I've experienced the myriad colours swirling, the silver blue light of cosmic energy and the feeling of moving through a tunnel in my mind; along with the twitching in the head, pulling sensations, itching, spider web sensations, and other things that go with it, etc. And I've seen the tiny dot of white light at the end of that tunnel!

But what really fascinated me about this video was that what I have currently experienced is only the tip of the iceberg. I watched it hoping we could wander into other dimensions, etc, but was not expecting it. I really wasn't. I thought it would just be about finding a relaxed state of mind and nothing more, basically because of my experience, although I'm not unfamiliar with very lucid dreams.

Now I know what that tiny white light is in the distance. I've always been too afraid to reach out to it in case I slip too far and can't get back.

Anyone else have any experiences to share?
