Just wondered how people on here would feel if someone like alex jones or mr icke turned round and said that all along they were taking people for a ride and it was all a load of cr*p? Would you feel let down? Thats why i personally try to keep an open mind.Or am i over playing the influence these people have?

Well if u base info u take from such people just on belief i guess one could fell let down. But then one does research on his own and see for him self what holds and doesn't hold ground.

I'd researched most of the things they talk of before I even started to listen to what they had to say. The evidence for everything they talk of is out there for you to find out on your own.

Neither Alex Jones or David Icke expect us to believe them on faith (as in religion), but rather they encourage us to do our own research. So how could they 'take us for a ride' when we have already discovered for ourselves there is substantial evidence to back up what they say?

personally you should not take their word for it and conduct your own search, archive articles, pdfs, videos, audio, images make you own assessment, i have, its the best way.

I've found some bits around the edges are a little badly researched but the nitty gritties are all there...

If they said it was all made up I would take it for granted that they sold out.

i think if they are wrong, as chris says, it's in the small details, we are in danger of a global police state, of that i have no doubt.

I don't take anything for granted. Heck, even my own mind could be mind controlled by some nasty HAARP beam. That's extreme paranoia, but it's sometimes good to be prepared for everything. :o

Yeah you are right there.I guess its finding a healthy balance of paranoia and denial

if they said they were just makeing it up and others were too, i could think they have sold out or feel great, i can go back to sleep and think all is rosey in the world, our leaders are lovely.

so theres a part of me what would like it, in the sense of if it was true and they were makeing it all up, or portraying it in a false light, i could maybe feel more relaxed. in a sense it would be great if they were totally wrong.

but another part of me wouldnt like that iv been bullshitted to and that my beliefs are wrong.

the part in me what likes conflict would be done in.

global events seem to correlate with their warnings.
