People are preparing for future disasters in different ways and to more or lesser extent.

In addition to the ordinary preparation, here is another one: When (and if) the next big disaster happens and the mainstream media starts pumping out overly puffed up fear mongering messages, then don't buy into that stuff. You will only enter into a flight-or-fight response which will lower your ability to think clearly. Don't let mainstream media pull you around by your nose.

I don't buy newspapers and don't watch the news as it's all a load of BOLLOCKS!:rolleyes:

I mostly get my news from the web but sometimes I read newspapers. If a big disaster happens I will probably read newspapers and watch television, but I will be prepared! :cool: Hopefully.

You are quite right sir but I watch the news and check the papers to try and open the eyes of those that are sleeping by pointing out that what they are watching is bollocks and why it is bollocks. ;)

Tried this with the UFO stuff, got trampled over, it hurt too much:( If people that know me want to talk about this stuff I will talk, but I wont start something, they have to find out for themselves.............

everyone with a brain should watch newsnight and bloomberg. jeremy paxman is a legend, and bloomberg has fit female newscasters.

i got a thing for newscasters, they look all proper, but you know underneath all that civility, lies a nympho, lol although the any chick that can flip looks is the best, a newscaster/pink/hippy chick, lol
