It's called Little Britain. It isn't shown in the US but it is available on DVD here. They have it on netflix too. I've pm'ed you a link where you can check it out online.

I agree this is a forum filled with mostly very likeable people.

I also sense there is a clique of people here more or less setting the tone, which can make it difficult for some individuals to really feel welcome. I know I don't.

I wonder what the average age is in this forum? Being born in the 1960's I can feel slightly like a fish out of water most of the time. As if not every person here is aware of history or different contemporary mindsets from before 1989 or something.

It is a nice forum overall though, and a pleasure to read occasionally.

Just not a lot of room for individuality.
