I have psoriasis (I had it years ago but this is 10x worse)
http://www.aocd.org/skin/dermatologic_diseases/psoriasis.html
And i have had it for about a year or so now, mostly on my face...
My muscles are also affected by this (I have been sleeping on the couch to try and stop the pain i was having (Now i think its because of this psoriasis (And the fact mattress's are garbage now (As well as most everything (My mattress i had for 30 yrs fell apart)))))
Whenever i try to take ANY CREAM the doctor gives me,i start itching all over!!! (Not just on the spots (if the cream is a STERIOD mostly))
Does anyone know anything i could take internally or something to try and get rid of this??
When i had this years ago there was 1 patch on my back,my mom got some cream and put it on and within days IT SPREAD ALL OVER MY BODY!! (I didnt want the cream on it) and after a few weeks it was gone...
Im kinda scared it will happen again by trying to attack this and maybe thats why i itch when i put the cream on (My body telling me not to use it)
Anyone know anything NATURAL i can try?? (Might work better)
Its in my ears,etc..... (My ears ring due to all the crap lining them i think)
I found on www.Psoriasis.com a "Spot free in 30 days" but im not sure of it.....
Thanx for any help :)
Best cure is the sun and salt water if you live near a beach. If not just the sun
It will get inflamed to start with but will then clear up.
I speak from many years experience and many different creams and lotions tried.
Celestone does work for clearing but I found it had to be a really strong one. As it is a steroid cream it is best to use only short term as it has other effects

There's a guy called Jason Vale also known as the Juicemaster. He had psoriasis quite bad and cured it with juicing.

There's a gel called Organic Silicon or G5 that's made in Ireland. I've found it will clear up my patches. Problem with psoriasis is when one patch is cured, another will crop up elsewhere. Living in a sunny place helps. When I lived in Los Angeles for nine years my psoriasis cleared up completely. But try the G5 --- its very effective.

I agree with this and if it is so bad, consider moving to a warm coast, where you can sunbathe and swim in the sea on a daily basis.
I also use an ointment called Dovobet, available from Leo Laboratories in Aylesbury, England. You can use it over a 4 week period and then rest for eight weeks. It is very good.
Good luck.

I seem to remember psoriasis being one of the ailments people had success curing with Oil Pulling and/or using Apple Cider Vinegar. www.EarthClinic.com would be a good place to go, go to the "Ailments" section, look up psoriasis and see people's suggestions etc.
While we are suggesting things to clear up the rash mostly here, psoriasis is yet another thing that is normally kept under control with an alkaline diet.
Outbreaks normally occur when the body is acidic.
Google psoriasis + alkaline and you will get heaps of info how to achieve a healthy PH balance.

I've heard pearl powder is meant to be great for the skin, but never tried it.
