more taxes - simple just stop going to doctors they'll be looking for jobs too then. Instead seek out spiritual and alternative healers.

You don't need a doctor, therefore you don't need to give him £20?
Heal thyself. Or, if you don't, create more money to pay him.
Focus on being solution orientated if you can't demanifest self-created `problems'.
