This book is from 1930s written by dr Weston Price. He was researching native populations who lived in wild, all around the world. It tells us how things should be.
Really amazing and mindblowing book, download it for free (http://www.4shared.com/file/103277046/1d468b5d/Nutrition_and_Physical_Degeneration.html)

Interesting info but the problem I find with Weston A Price Foundation is that it is funded by Farmers. They are really against vegetarianism.

Yeah but at least they are against processed food and promote natural whole foods, thats what counts, if you want to be a vegetarian thats a seperate choice.

And, they are basing most of their stuff on what traditional/indiginous people ate, naturally, before the introduction of chemical fertilizers etc.
This is surely the best path to follow because it is eating the same as we have for a long time.

Very true, and I'd wager there would be many fewer vegetarians today if we all could be assured that our meats were raised in a healthy and humane way the way it was done many years ago before compassionless greed took over.
