Ever had a really bad week then it all gets better when you start dancing?

I dance every weekend because I feel it shakes whatever is bad inside of me. Does the bad get shaken out via the sweat?

Here is some of the dance moves I do anyways that send out good vibes on the dance floor.

First off I walked like an Egyptian. This is the best dance floor move ever!

Then I did the butterfly where you connect your thumbs and flap your hands in a semi circle.

The batman eyes is a forgotten classic. We used to do this one at school. No one does it anymore accept me.

This one is my favourite called the puppet master where you control your feet by holding imaginary strings to it.


I even do the triangle symbolism now in hope that someone who is aware of this stuff will come up to me. Now one has yet! - Mind you that could be signalling bad vibes!!!

Your anti club/electronic music though are you not?

Swear to god dancing for me is like taking a drug, you feel cleansed and amazing after a good session and you dont need drugs, though with good quality drugs its a win win situation. Afterwards its like an afterglow of a psychedelic trip like, man I needed that!

Dancing is the best thing ever...I'm always suspious of people that don't dance, I had a boyfriend once that didn't...I should have known! I dance in the privacy of my own home most days, it can't be beaten for firing the soul :)

I dance whenever I can, always have trance or harmonic metal playing. Dancing releases endorphins, a drug with calming effects. Been to a lot of raves, too.
