How do you do it Pduffy?

I tried it with Nuffrespect vids a while back and it just wouldn't happen :(

and be doing it yourself in no time.

Very easy to use and you can then convert the vids to whatever format you prefer.

are you operating on mac or windows? you can download most videos on mac without software. whilst watching a video the bar above the address bar that says safari file edit view history etc click on window and activity. it pops up all the little addresses and stuff for images and videos.in this menu it will say youtube whilst the video is playing. scroll down until you see the address that is loading up with the mega bits or k/bs and double click it. it will then download to your computer.you will probably need a video converter to play on your real player or in i tunes this one is free and easy to use.

it is a lot of work but most youtube download software for mac isnt free or just offers a free trial period with limited features!!

Go to miro.Download the miro media player.Then enter the name of video , and bobs your uncle.Miro will save it for posterity.Also finds hd format automaticaly.

if your bothered about downloading videos and such then install Linux Debian, get all the jobs done. Also there is a script for linux to download videos from youtube this script also works in windows 32-64 you need the python interpreter to run the script. But this always downloads what you want every time. I think this saves the Flv's to .mp4 but you can still flvextract to extract video and audio I always use this script, it's easy.

This is what I use, It has been upgraded to 09 release it now has batch download. sample string

youtube-dl.py -t -b your-youtube-video-here-url/www.foo

This string will include the title (-t) and get you the best (-b) available copy online. For more help execute
youtube-dl.py -h

Yep,that's what I use,or the real player add-on,then convert the files to
svid,avi...or mpeg2,depending on quality...using Magic video converter
version 8.0.2.18,available on various torrents...and presto.Works real good,except a few Utube vids,music mainly...DNA Live,Nico,singing Chelsea Girls,but most just want the conspiracy doco's,which convert real well,as long
as the file is'nt to compressed,regards.

BTW...I know alot of you will say Bullshit...but I would'nt use the Firefox search engine...you'll hate this,but my Brother-in-Law,PC technician,runs a shop,in demand,he's good.Out of every ten jobs,where he rebuilds PC's
because of the corrupted windows,9/10 times,caused my Firefox...but,hey,
