A new survey shows that 75 percent of nightclub guests favour registration, which often keeps troublemakers out of the clubs

Three in four nightclub patrons are in favour of fingerprinting and registering guests to create a safe environment for clubbers.

A new poll from the Danish Chamber of Commerce and the hotel and restaurant branch organisation, Horesta, shows that both young and old are in favour of the move, which has already been implemented in 40-50 nightclubs nationwide.
The study showed that 72 percent welcomed the registration, while only seven percent were against the idea.

Most clubs that register guests take their names, addresses, telephone numbers and date of birth. Some also photograph and fingerprint their guests.

Michael Schrøder, director of Nox Networks, which uses a registration system in the dozens of nightclubs it operates across the country, told Politiken newspaper that fingerprinting and registering personal information of guests has reduced violence and drug cases by up to 30 percent in the last six months.

The Australian Bar in the popular Vestergade Street nightclub district of Copenhagen has also implemented guest registration and owner Adam Falbert has seen a noticeable change in customer habits.

‘The registration has prevented problems with many of the worst troublemakers. Many of them couldn’t be bothered to come in because they know that we’ll register them and the criminal types who do enter, keep to themselves more than they did before,’ said Falbert.

However, Erik Bresling, the chairman of the Horesta Nightlife committee, is in favour of introducing even stricter measures to keep troublemakers out of the clubs.

‘We need a type of identity card, which could be the existing CPR personal registration card, that would tell us if a guest was subject to a restraining order. Right now, we have no way of knowing who the troublemakers are,’ Bresling said.

Would likely go to the police and TPTB when information is submitted, regardless of whether the club still operates or not.

I suppose its the same shit everywhere now, same thing in Australia...fingerprinting and even face recognition at clubs.

And beldazar as for the beach...man i remember when that ship sailed in Adelaide in the 90's...one cant even park there at night in most places along the coast near the city...only if you drive somewhere far far away.

I dont think TPTB want any parties anywhere but where they can control them nicely...preferably indoors with overpriced drinks, and no competitor drug dealers, er, i mean 'troublemakers' inside , other than those who are allowed to be there ;)

Yes i believe you Mr Schrøder, its not like you have a vested interest in producing figures such as this.

And im sure you are of such a high moral standing that you would never, ever, pass any of this information onto the police if they asked you to  </sarcasm> <!-- just in case the rolleyes wasnt a giveaway -->

That reminds me, when they do those radom finger print drug tests in clubs, where they lock you in (there has to be some legal boundry crossed there in the first place), do they keep all this info on a database?

If people do not know what i'm on about. Twice in my town, cops have come in, locked all the doors, set up a swab and finger printe machine and tested everyone for coke (of course not taking in to account that you may have just got it from the toilet door or something). If you pass you get a nice stamp on your hand, if not you get a form that you have to sign.

I think some of you guys will have fun disecting this one.

Whoever commissioned the survey is working under the government. With the constant onslaught by mainstream media hitting us everyday with atrocities, child abductions and soldiers killed by 'terrorists', designed to weaken our resolve, they run these surveys, testing for the moment to introduce all this ID robbing shit and advance the next stage of the NWO, thats the agenda, It aint gonna go away. TPTB are wageing a war on our freedoms and will hit us on all sides till they get what they want.:( Blatant!

Of course it's a hit with clubbers! That way, they than can wankered on the £1 shots and not even have to remember their own name/address when asked, just stick their finger out. Perfect!

We need to become TPTB.

Won't be long and you will need to be finger printed to buy food.

Fingerprinting is far from a hit with clubbers in the UK, thankfully.

Someone got shot at a popular London club called seOne last year and as a condition of renewing their licence Southwark council forced the venue to install a system by which EVERY VISITOR will have to take photographic ID which will be copied and kept by the venue for a minimum of three years (no maximum), and in addition to that seOne now fingerprint you if you decide to go outside for a cigarette.

The upshot of this is that seOne is now in trouble because its clientèle have walked away en masse because of these ridiculous rules.
