That vid is about the riots 4 or 5 years ago. The Baxter detention centre was for illegal immigrants and was an absolute disgrace. It has been closed down for two years now.

Edit: Baxter closed in 2007, Woomera 2003. Riots and protests were at both I think.

No Pine Gap is not directly related to Woomera Detention Centre. Woomera was administered by the Australian Federal Government and contracted out to private companies to run. It was closed down about three years ago (more or less, can't remember) but Australia still has other detention centres in operation.

Pretty fucked up with what the Howard non-govern-ment did to these asylum seekers and the "Pacific solution" when the heat became to much from the public and Amensty.

They do this to illegals, lock them up for years i mean, instead of deporting them...so that word gets around...it acts as a deterrent which reduces the number of people who would give it a go...

The feds here dont want unvaccinated unprogrammed illegals who havent been checked through the system joining in the gen pop.

So they are locked up like animals so they can be used as political leverage, and im sure those in charge also get a hard-on from the power trip.

That being said, TPTB are the animals themselves for not, at the very least, just deporting these people as soon as possible if they dont want them here.

There a complete fuck up these detention center's. This governments are heartless where as other countries take in 1000's of asylum seekers Australia only takes about 500 at the most. Then even when there are ones who are ligit theyt snd them back to be dealt with by their opressors. Most are killed.

I was watching the talk show on SBS on "illegal" immigrants and 905 of them dont even know where OZ is. Fuck me even the yanks couldn't figure out where OZ is:rolleyes:

Many of the asylum seekers coming to Norway, are criminals. They are selling drugs, raping women, etc. But the fucking Norwegian government wont throw them out of the country. This kind of asylum seekers we just dont need in this country
