did anyone happen to catch the segment on hannity about the werewolves? my hubby was telling me about it since i was at work. several people have supposedly seen them near elkhorn wisc. they are described pretty much as we have always heard. i went online to see what i could find and it sounds like these claims may indeed be valid. anyone have any comments on this? from the area or have knowledge about werewolves? are there any underground bases in this area or groups of satan worshippers? i am just trying to make some sense of this. thanks.

That's sounds like a interesting book. Where can I get it? Is it out of print? I can't find it on Google, so this time Google is NOT your friend :p

Well, I live in Wisconsin... So it better not be true. Thanks for adding one more fear to the list in which I have to look out for on my camping trips.. Oh, I've never seen a werewolf and have lived here all my life, so they must be quite rare.

I remember there were rumours of them in Johannesburg (not normally somewhere one associates with werewolf legends.)when I was living there in the eighties, some linked them to shapeshifting high-ranking Satanists in the National Party Government of the time, secret societies and underground bases (JHB Is of course on some of the deepest man-made mining excavations on Earth, who knows what manner of Lovecraft terrors they may have let loose.)

Doesnt it say the "wolfen" look more like lions than wolves, in that book? Wouldnt people be saying they saw were-lions if that is the case?

Wisconsin Death Trip is one of my fave documentaries. Your state has enough weird history, without needing to throw werewolves into the mix! :D
