Personally I think DOCTOR IVO ROBOTNIK is a prime candidate for world conquest.
That or the Bee Gees, but they could only pass a law if it was sung in the form of "staying alive"
I can't imagine anyone deposing the Bee Gees in a bloody rebellion.
