in the past 2 months i have been meditating daily - switching from a guided med to a theta wave med daily. I have also read Stuart Wildes infinate self and art of meditation.
recently i have been getting some crazy esp and 'what you manifest experiences.
1. had a dream about a friend i had when i was 10 and 11 and the next day (i had not heard from him since i was 11) i got a long email from him.
2. plenty of thinking about some1 and then getting a text from them.
3. feeling bad energy then seeing an argument or a fight 5 minutes later.
4. some things i wanted (manifested) have appeared almost immediately i.e experiences or people.
5. walking down a street and not really looking at anyones tshirt then the 1st one i look at has a TV = Lies slogan on it. Seeing loads of illuminati symbology.
6. was looking for somethind i thought might be near and let my feeling guide me and i shut my thoughts down - i was led to it straight away.
I believe this is related to my med, how can i make this all grow and continue and do others have similar things.
