I guess Missouri tax officials can just take it upon themselves to not pay back state tax returns. They sure the fk can penalize for individuals who pay late. I have emailed state reps asking for payment with interest.

What has happened to our country. I heard California is going to pay state workers with IOU's.
Yea this is a vent but who else to bitch too when state officials line their pockets and snub their noses at the very citizens who provide their paychecks!
