Although Matthew Bellamy's interest in "alternative history/current events" has never been hidden it seems its becoming less subtle with the release of the tracklisting for the upcoming album the resistance:

Have you seen that on their homepage they have that weird "game" called "Ununited States Of Eurasia"? I don't really know what to make out of that...? :confused:

I just love the riff at the beginning. Sounds like something you would mess around with when practicing or warming up but its brilliant.

Anyway..
It actually sounds like proper resistance music to me. They seem NWO aware and are singing about them not bringing us down, etc. So far very good! :D
But then I start thinking (why do I always do this?? :P), why would an Illuminati controlled company like Warner Bros (who are the parent label for Muse's label Helium 3) let one of their artists kind of expose their agenda?
As usual, something smells kinda fishy! :D
My guess is that this is part of deliberately exposing the agenda, so more people become aware of what's going, and/but still feel the need to be "saved" from the NWO agenda by some external force.
And this is where their "anti-christ" or rather "savior" person comes into play. To save us from the NWO.
I have a feeling this scenario will be paired with the whole fake alien invasion program... But it's just a hunch ;)
Either way, I'm enjoying Muse's new album atm and it sounds nice! :D

Probably "Plug In Baby" or maybe "Knights of Cydonia". The few tracks I've heard from the new album sound brilliant.

I love the way that he sings. Difficult to chose a favourite song, just very glad they've released this album. "Sing for Absolution", "New Born", "Starlight", "Knights of Cydonia", "Invincible", "Unintended"....are some of my favourites.

are my favourites so far, they didn't let me down with brilliant and surprising melodies.... I'm so happy! :)

my thoughts exacly... why produce and distribute an album that expose a (not-so)secret agenda ?
When the fans who aren't too familiar with those subjects will google "HAARP" (the name of their last live recording I believe) or "MK-Ultra" and realise what the band is actually talking about, they might get interrested and ultimately "wake" themselves up to the whole NWO situation...
That would be great and I think this is the intention of the band but I'm afraid it's still quite unrealistic because no matter how much you talk about it, you still have to pass the general and automatic rejection of any suspicious and unprovable subject or any "too-weird-to-be-true" theorie...
So I think they're not so worry about it, like dan brown's illuminati they can always hide behind words like "fictionnal", "artistic inspiration", "influenced by conspiracy theories", etc.
that being said, I really appreciate this album, very queenish indeed like someone mentioned. I really enjoy the orchestral parts, the last piece "exogenesis" is pretty amazing...
They lost me 2 albums ago but now... they pull me back in !

I was really surprised to hear the song "Uprising" playing on mainstream radio, and even more surprised that they had a song called MK Ultra! I, too, was thinking that it was very curious about how such lyrics came to be published by a mainstream record label... it does seem fishy!
Could it be all part of the so-called "ritual revealing" of the NWO/Illuminati/whatever agenda, with songs like "MK Ultra" and "Exo-Politics"? To make us more aware of what they're doing and thus causing us to co-create what they want as our reality, planting their seeds into the collective consciousness, harming and weakening us as we send them all our fear and anger and hatred towards them to feed into their power over us?
Many of their songs are about resisting or about conspiracy theories, I've noticed. For example, when I first heard "Knights of Cydonia," I didn't know what Cydonia was and so I Googled it and that was how I found out about the pyramids on Mars. :)
Yet, although some of the lyrics are negative and might provoke anger or fear, the lyrics to "Uprising" are VERY empowering to the listener, especially the chorus. They're not just telling us that we should resist, they tell us that we WILL be victorious... they even tell us to open up our third eye. :D When I heard this on the radio I wasn't feeling anger against the power elite, I was feeling thrilled that such an awakening song was playing on mainstream radio, and the lyrics just filled my heart with hope and glee and energy. :D If there is any sort of agenda with playing "Uprising" on mainstream radio, it certainly isn't working on me!

I admit it's confusing as to how they could 'get away' with this with the media being as controlling as it is, but Muse have been at this for some time and I have to say I just get a good vibe from their stuff.
well i bought the album yesterday and its ablosutley fantastic. such apt truthseeker lyrics, musically superb with a breathtaking orchestral score.
I love it!!!! :)

Well, Muse have had some criticism for doing these themes of conspiracy and the rest whilst on a Major Label, but as long as they're sticking it to the Man, so to speak, I love'em.
Listening to "Resistance" constantly these days...:cool:
There's a tendency to read a lot of CT/UFO themes into Muse's songs and Bellamy's lyrics in general, but very often they're just straight up songs about love. ;)

Haven't listened to full album yet , but that does appear to be about Lucifer twin towers NWO plot .
Great band either way , It's all down to personal choice in the end , which is why TPTB have to allow us the option , and try to create fear to control us and herd us into the decisions they want , thus blaming it on us making those choices :D
Q magazine have done an interview with Matt and its quite heavy into the consipracys. matt talks about many things that are on this forum BUT! then there is a seperate section discussing matts "favorite conspiracy theorys" where some bloke called Robn Ramsey totally trashes it and makes out its a load of tosh....
so even though its main stream.... the media are branding him as "mad matt bellamy"
thank jingo that the music is absolutley SUPERB and this alone will bring many people to google song titles such as MK ultra.
The truth will out in the end....
