View Full Version : soooo.....THE POLICE PULLED ME OVER......

a lone police man pulled me over on the 22nd july approx. 6pm.
i was unsure why, but obviously i pulled over when i saw his lights flashing.
he said he just wanted to give me a quick spot check, so me, having nothing to hide, says "yeah, sure mate".
he asks me to get out of my car and jump in the back of the cop car.
first thing he asks me.....
COP "Have you been smoking cannabis?"
ME "no mate"
COP "have you been around anyone who has been?"
ME "no mate"
COP "are you sure?"
ME "absolutely positive mate"
COP "well, i can definately smell it on ya"
(he persisted with this for a few minutes, i persisted that i hadnt been smoking cannabis.....largely to the fact that i fucking HADN'T!! anyways, he dropped the whole cannabis thing without even checking me or checking my car.....what the fuck??)
also, i lost count of how many times he asked me had i ever been in trouble with the law, and whether i was sure about my answer (which was "no").
now comes the time where he checks his database to see whether im insured.
guess what??? it comes up on his computer that i am un-insured...he reads me my rights!!! he's going through it all and im like "yeah...okay....sure" (). i said "if i aint insured then im paying dead money out of my bank every month". he asked if i could get anyone to bring proof that im insured, so i got my step-dad to bring documentation. we were all outside the car when this was sorted out and i had to go pick up my girlfriend so i left before getting my copy of the report (which i signed), so im currently chasing that up.
the police say it is up to the insurance companies to put you on the police database....my insurance company say after renewal my details would be on that database within 14days (im yet to get confirmation from my insurance company that i am on the database, i need to phone them up again...but i renewed my insurance in february)
now....this is where it gets FUCKED UP.
in my town, a couple got pulled up the week prior and got put in the back of a cop van and the police said they were uninsured. they actually impounded the car, until the couple produced their documents to the police the following day.
and today, my mum told me about a woman who she worked with picked her husband up from town late at night (she was in her pj's too) when she was pulled over, questioned whether she had been drinking (which she replied with a "im in my pj's....what do you think??")....the police officer was so sure that she wasnt even breathalised, and.........you know what's coming next right???....the police said she was uninsured, and that she would have to take proof that she is insured to the police station the following day, which she did.
so......is this all just coincidence???
soon as i got in that cop car, the 1st thing said was "have you been smoking cannabis?"....its my word against is....lets say that i didnt feel at all comfortable to say the least....i could go on forever, but this is the basis of it all.
feedback welcomed, and thanks for reading.

You would be entitled to think they are using any tactic to get people on the DNA database and as a cover suggesting uninsured. As this is the only document that is not done via official bodies its an ideal cover and easy to say a mistake was made later should the need arise. Better all install cameras in our cars now...you can smell the fit ups coming!

I read a police report saying a lot of the filth are pissed off with the new scanning system as there are 3 million cars on the road that appear to be uninsured for the reason you gave... apparently its wasting their time.

I always have my insurance certificate in my glove box incase what you mention happens, if the car gets nicked then i dont need the certificate! (TPF&T).
also iv only been pulled once (a miricle i know) i always get straight out the car, dont let them talk down to you, and if you get out i imagine they cant ask you for your keys because your out of the vehecle and not going to drive off.
When i got pulled over (cos i was driving too fast to be fair) it was by an off duty copper with no uniform in a marked car so he gave me a bollocking including profanities and let me be on my way lol.

wtf
wtf wtf wtf, since when has it been a legality that you need insurance to drive. lol
ok lets look @ this procedure.
BOB decided he would now like to drive a motor vehicle.
firstly he must get a car, wow this can be a big task and tough choice. oh wait sorry bob sir. you cant choose a car until you have a licence. ok go and get your licence. now that you have your licence you can buy any car you want. ok great you selected the 4X4, good choice there you go. ok but wait, no sir Bob you cant drive yet, you need to purchase some gasoline, over there at the gas station, now do you have insurance oh no . sorry sir Bob you cant drive just yet, just sign here and pay here, great, now you can drive your car, that you just purchased, oh wait. have u got 3rd party and fire and windscreen insurance? btw would you like fries with that. omg this is bloody rediculous.
in my country i can go and buy a car and drive it down the street. fuck this insurance bullshit. its a big joke a scam and there to rip people off. and ifyou have no moeny for insurance? let alone the gas for the car. or the car, you cant drive? so what now DRIVING a motor vehicle is for the rich, those who can afford all this crap procedure.

I think what the probably mean is what we call compulsory third party insurance which in Australia is included in your registration payment. We cannot register our car without paying it so none of that bullshit can happen.
At least I hope that is what they mean :)

the price of EVERYTHING in the UK is rediculous mate. and you practically need insurance ontop of everything. this is not a wealthy country in the way it may be percieved.

Why in fuck's sake do we need to be insured anyway? I mean... really. Isn't that MY problem, and nobody else's?

WM, insuraance is another of the many taxes! We in Canada are the 2nd most taxed country in the world. Guess who is number 1???? You will also find that the insurer is liable for your mistakes, so they basicly make the decision whether you are allowed to drive or not. If u do some research, you will also find out that the state actually owns your vehicle, and your home! You just make the payments! So, the state-employed pigs may enter either legally!:eek:IT IS ALL IN THE FINE PRINT!!!

No it isn't. What if you killed or permanently injured someone? That is not just your problem. That is what this compulsory insurance is to cover you and others for.
Insuring your property, however, is entirely up to you :)

The Police have always used the excuse to stop, question, or search someone " On the grounds of reasonable suspicion " Some think the new anti terrorism laws are the start of this.
If you complained about unfair treatment, they could come with a number of reasons (excuses lies ) Like this...There has been a recent number of burglaries in the area, you looked suspicous, don't mind if we ask you where you have been where you're going and what's you're name and address? And what have you got in the boot of you're car or pockets? This has always been a standard routine where I live. They could be checking you out for one thing, then do you for something else, dodgy tyres, indicator light not working properly etc.

Hey why is everyone so against the law? I aint a square or owt and ive done my fair share of naughty things in my younger days, but...... you try getting you car hit by an uninsured driver, or watch some drugged up pillhead prick run over and kill someone in town because hes so high he doesnt know what hes doing and then tell me the law sucks.I was 6 feet away from this lad , and after the car had hit him he had brains coming out of his skull.Tell me that questioning people on drugs use isnt a good thing? Or doesnt it matter because it wasnt your son? Seems like drug use is encouraged on the forum to me.Like i say ive been there and done it so i aint naive, i was just sensible when i did, and never put anyone elses life at risk.I think people smoking weed should be treat just like drink drivers once this is proven, or any drug for that matter.Strange mix of morals on here.By the way if everyone on here is on trips or mushrooms its no wonder they think reptiles exist.

Yep I agree intuition, over 45,000 americans get killed on the road every year (I think its about a million globaly) I wonder how many of those motorists where high on drugs:confused:
Compare those figures to 9/11, yet no war is declared on the motor car hmm...!

Hi
he asks me to get out of my car and jump in the back of the cop car.
Never ever get in a police vehicle unless you are under arrest. You are submitting yourself into their control. They also use the child locks to further entrap you.:D
Then the psyops start!
Entrapment! This would have given him justification in searching your car, you, and your house! Oh yes! I have seen it happen to people time and again. But only if you let them bullshit you into it!
also, i lost count of how many times he asked me had i ever been in trouble with the law, and whether i was sure about my answer (which was "no").
Entrapment! This would have given him justification in searching your car and you.

Classic one this is.:D It's called bluff. He's waiting for you to burst in to tears and fess-up to something:D
Millions of peoples insurance details are not in their machines and not all police vehicles have access to that information yet. If you didn't confess to having no insurance, he is bluffing you all the way.
He should have given you notice to produce your insurance at a police station of your choice, usually within 7 days.
he asked if i could get anyone to bring proof that im insured, so i got my step-dad to bring documentation
WTF, he had you right at it mate!

'Just a coincidence darling, nothing to worry about.' - David Icke
This is just like David Icke says about msm, they tell us one thing and really the opposite is going on. So too it is with the police. For the sheep they just providing a public service, but when you know their games, lies and deciet, you see the real agenda going on.
These are professional liars, taught by the masons, the masters of deception.
You would be entitled to think they are using any tactic to get people on the DNA database and as a cover suggesting uninsured. As this is the only document that is not done via official bodies its an ideal cover and easy to say a mistake was made later should the need arise.

Hey why is everyone so against the law?
I LOVE YOU.
G'day Intuition.
Firstly, you've started your question with a generalisation, "everyone".
Next you declare that "everyone" is "against the law".
Maybe you could ask yourself, "Why is the law against everyone ?" !!!
The simple answer is that the imposition of laws directly correlates to the removal of freedom.
Laws are instigated by those that are attempting to control others and this is the exact purpose of setting up the law system. The law is merely part of the system of control. Follow the law and you are following the controllers.
THANK YOU.
