Have you ever noticed when your petting a cat, one minute it's loving it, puring etc.
Then without any warning it just decides it's had enough and bites you?
It's like it works itself up into some petting frenzy and just goes ape shit all of a sudden.
Ah cats, the most hilarious animal by far. :D

cats are wired very oddly. They are very instinctive and repetetive

Hahaha that's so true. Cats are funny, and they all have different personalities. I think that people who don't like cats probably have only encountered mean ones, but cats with gentle personalities are the most loving pets you can find!
Agreed, they are defs the most hilarious animal by far.
And, I think it's great that someone decided to make a post by cats. That just made my day. hahah

Very true. After that mine gets a pat on the head which makes it even more wild so to speak. Gotta love 'em :D

I bought my cats a cat nip plant for 2 quid, and they love it. So do all the stary cats since the cat nip is in the back yard.
Cat nip makes cats more 'catlike'. They do all their 'cat' behaviour, only more often.
When I was a child I had a kitty and he also would suddenly grab my hand with his paws and bite me after I had been petting him for a little while. He enjoyed sitting on books and staring contemplatively into the very ether of existence as well as climbing the curtains and the decorative area rug that was hung on the wall.
He was a wild man until we took him to the vet to get fixed.
In the world of wicca, if a cat bites you and draws blood it will become your familiar. Oh yes! Had that happen a few times. ;)

i pat our kitty cat, she loves it! light spanking all over - then after a few minutes she lets out a weird meow and *might just* bite you!
or she may chase you down and attack you.
spank your kitty, lightly! maybe a little butt smacking - it's so funny. they become addicts to it!!

I've noticed that many puppies have done this as well to me.
I'd be petting them and their tail is wagging, then they'd twist their neck around and start trying to nibble on my hand. And puppies have very sharp teeth! Yeeeee-oooooow.

I love cats. I met a mean one once, I think it was cos it lived with a very mean hateful next door neighbour. For no reason it took a swipe at the dog with its claw and hissed at her

sometimes I think about going to bed wth a cat... would make a nice change having something I actually want to cuddle with afterwards...
