i'm stuck in a hotel watching 'road wars'. I just watched dashcam footage of a traffic stop and the american cop actually gave the lovely old man the opportunity to decide how he should be dealt with. The reason why the cop was so good to this guy because the old bloke was so sweet.

Therein lies a lesson.
