Personally (pun intended :) ) I find the term "individual" a dangerous one.
Legalese is littered with it. The term "individual" is commonplace is statutes; reason in itself to avoid it.
It can also be interpreted as the man and the person being the indivisible duo, rather than the body and the spirit. Inability to separate "man and person" would be a wet dream for the legislators and fraudsters!
The arguments are philosophical in nature, rather than factual.
This then gives rise to the risk of being trapped, by tacit agreement, in an unprovable philosophical concept.

i know where you are coming from and you are right how they have miss used the word " individual " in thier contract law , so they have us feeling trapped in our all ..... this is why we should all understand what we sign and who we are .
PS... hope all is well with you and yours . still doing the last set of home work LOL:D
