I was wondering weather the Magna Carta was still admissable as i have found an interesting point within it.

Clauses 28 to 32 state that no royal officer may take any commodity such as grain, wood or transport without payment or consent or force a knight to pay for something the knight could do himself, and that the king must return any lands confiscated from a felon within a year and a day.

Could tax payers expensise come into the bit about not taking any comodoty?

As the UK has gone 'confiscation crazy' and the morally and financially bankrupt government uses everything in it's powers to criminalise people in order to seize their assets I'm betting the bit about giving felons their land back after a year and a day won't stand up any more.

But then to be fair they have done away with the hangings, and quarterings - which in their day did make it of little consequence if they offered your land back or not...

Technically probably not. However, the accounting for the legitimate expenses has not been properly done within the secrecy that the cold war mentality has fostered. So they didn't take your firewood and bread, but they created an economic structure that made it possible for those manufacturing or producing it to radically increase the price to you for those commodoties. This is simualtaenous with the creation of a job market where your skills are devalued in numerous ways.

Tampering with international political and economic stability with your tax dollar behind a veil of secrecy, ....... cannot be used after the fact to take your firewood and grain within the tenants of the Magna Carta.

The Magna carta creates a structure of accountability that we relinquished within histories misrepresentation of the motives of the signers, the elite. The relinquishment was only accomplished with fraudulent education and was intented to extend our relinquishment, now it is our disempowerment and loss of control in our world, even over our own lives at this late date.
