When ever I see this counsel of 12 material, I can't help but be reminded of MJ12. Is this actually just another name for the shady organization?

I keep seeing material about E.Ts freeing humanity, but needing consent from everyone. Based on all the ancient artifacts, etc., I'd say the Annunaki - who appear to be a reptilian species - created modern man. There are all kinds of theories out there... Edgar Cayce said the different types of humans (black, white, red, yellow) came from different alien species. I guess we'll never really know. I don't think it was some bearded guy on a throne from the Bible who did it, though. I would say an advanced race (I assume E.T.) would be one that can travel inter-stellarly, measure other dimensions, separate a person's etheric body from their physical one, create and destroy planets, create lifeforms with brains and eyes like humans - from scratch or by using more primitive lifeforms and merging them... for starters...

The Paa Tal are not present anymore. As to why they are not present different ET races have made different speculations and theories:

- The Andromedans (Zeneteans) claim a small group of the Paa Tal has reincarnated as present day humanity, but loosing its memory of former lives and past forms of existence.

- The Makadi claim that the Paa Tal are no longer an extant civilization and that they have moved on in another universe.

- The Tau Ceti think the Paa Tal are now extinct.

- the Omi Scorpians also claim that they are now a transversal civilization like the Makadi

So nobody really knows for sure what happened. What all the races agree upon is that they are no longer active, and not seem to be present anymore. Which means you can't adress them as they are still alive and active, as any other civilization.
