Hey everyone, new to these forums so firstly a big hi! :)
I work in an industrial estate, unfortunetly, and when i was walking to work the other day I noticed for, for the first time (surprising concidering I've worked there for 2years now) a mobile phone mass right outside the college beside my work. You know the big long pointy ones. :) anyway, I was wondering what you guys think what kind of effect that would have on my general mental health?
I tend to find that when at work I tend to focus on the negative and really struggle to emote the positive but when I get home I tend to re-balance things. I don't know If this is entirely down to work or what. the funny thing is when I first noticed it and pointed it out to myself, my days were passing alot quicker and smoother and found myself thinking more positively but as i seemed to have stopped focusing on it i let the bad feeling bog me down a wee bit.
