Flu colds ill?

Hi all the chat and talk about "flu" what ever type you get cold or ill whats your heath like? Mine not had flu for about 3 years cold may be once every 4-6 months.I am all ways hot even in winter whats you like?

I get flu about irregularly, sometimes I'll get it in teh Autumn and then the following spring, but then I'll not get it at all for a couple of years. I get the odd snuffle, but rarely anything bad enough to even be a cold.

Touch wood Ive been bug free for about 6 months!! Its great as I used to get a cold nearly every 6-8 weeks. Alot of sore throats.
But I discovered Oil of Oregano and colloidal silver. These things work a treat!!! If you feel a sore throat coming on take some and it'll never become a full blowen cold.
